Returns & Exchanges

At Mini Split Systems Direct, we want you to be completely satisfied with your climate control solution. If your unit is unused and in its original packaging, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team within 30 days of receipt to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions.

• 2.
  Secure Packaging

  Ensure the mini split unit and all components are placed back in their original factory crates or boxes to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship to Warehouse

  Affix the provided RMA label to the exterior of the package and ship the unit back to our designated distribution center via a tracked freight carrier.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the unit is in new, uninstalled condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method, minus applicable restocking fees.
